The production of 'red spoon' MSG begins with the selection of the best raw materials, primarily tapioca starch and sugar cane, to  feed the fermentation process.

Glucose from the tapioca starch and sugar cane is then synthesized using a special formula of micro-organisms. Modern machinery is used throughout the process, and quality control is monitored at every stage to ensure safety, cleanliness and quality.
